Looking for a laptop with i9 9900K processor under 1000 euro?

Should be under 1000 euro (is there such a thing at all?)

The CPU costs about 500 euro. Do you really think you can get a laptop with the CPU for under 1000?

Will not give a good laptop for 1000 euro with I9 and laptops can dissipate heat so bad that an I9 of the 100 watts Tpd would not work. I have myself for 1300 euro euro built a pc with i7 8700K and also brought to 5Ghz with the dark rock 3 per cooled and have a short time sometimes 120 watts Tpd that would not get a laptop. What do you need so much power for? Games? 3D render with eg blender?

Which would you recommend to me, I would need from 3.7 GhZ, for games and video editing…
