He then sent me a photo of the posting slip / receipt, logically indicating the date, place, time. According to this receipt, the shipment has also been insured with additional insurance for 2500 euro and there's also a tracking number. For two days now, nothing has been shown to me in the tracking number under the tracking number, which makes me very unsure. (We expect your shipment details shortly. Please note, however, that we can only provide information about the shipment once the sender has sent the shipment or shipment details to us.)

Now to my questions:

Is it even possible to have a receipt without ever sending a package?

Can the malfunctioning shipment transmission be related to any malfunctions and corona?

There's a receipt for every insured shipment. It is impossible to know whether the receipt shown to you fits your shipment.
