Since I wanted to sell my laptop, I sent it to a company. The company has taken over the shipping costs. On 29.10. In the evening I have the package with a value of 500 euro delivered to the DHL. I do not have the receipt but I have the tracking number, which I check every day. Since 30.10. If the shipment status is the same as "Your package has been received by the store.".
Now I have filled in the search request on the DHL side with the hope that can tell me what is going on with my shipment or possibly refund me the money.
