When I log in, I come to the desktop where no programs start. It only loads everything, but after 2 hours there's still no app on the tokbar or on the desktop. When I click on the Windows logo to e.g. Searching for an app doesn't work either: "Not Responding"
What can i do to fix this?
I would try to save data with the media creation tool and then reinstall windows

Google… Start Windows… (which one you have) in Safe Mode… And then see what it says there
When I try to get into safe mode (e.g. By turning it off 3 times when Windows loads) nothing happens, so I can't get into safe mode.
Turn off the box and print out the description of how to do it beforehand… Do not switch off 3 times. Read what it says, which keys to press when you press the start button.
Question: What does the error message from the photo above mean? I tried to reboot Windows 10 using a USB stick. However, I got this error message after I inserted the USB stick.
You can enter any error message on google… Try what is suggested below
