Does de Laprop not boot properly after resetting?

I reset my HP laptop because I want to sell it. Since then the computer has not started up properly, does anyone know why?

Does it hang up when it boots up, or can you at least get to the Windows desktop?

If Windows does not even come to the start screen, try it in safe mode, or if necessary "logged" so that you can at least see which service or driver is currently hooked in the latter option.

If you are unlucky, the book has been reset to a state without the hardware-specific drivers (from HP).
