I can't make any changes to my laptop; it will
indicated that I have no right to do so and I should be an administrator
Set up an account, there's none!
The PC has Windows 10, on it, original was 8.1 on it!
I would be happy to get some tips!
Windows has an integrated administrator account, which you can activate via the Powershell.

So you get the Windows symbol at the bottom go to the search bar and look for Control Panel there you come in various settings and there you go back to user accounts and then you will find a blue font on your screen
"Change your own account type" there you click on it you will find the tab user accounts there you can then choose between a standard user and an administrator.
