I restarted the laptop because it didn't react anymore, but the restart did not work properly, which is why I just kept the power button pressed, now as I said it starts up the manufacturer's logo comes on it turns black and I only have my mouse that I can move something I can do that?
How long did you wait How many times have you tried Have you ever pressed F8 to power up in Safe Mode? If you can do that, a system repair would be helpful:
chkdsk C: / F / R / X
scf / scannow
DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / CheckHealth
DISM / Online / Cleanup-Image / RestoreHealth
For this you need a cmd window with admin rights.
Reinstalling the graphics driver might also help.
Yes I tried to get into the safe mode did not work I also tried using an external keyboard I was able to switch between 2 windows using alt + tab but with both I did not know exactly how long I had waited and have now tried several times
I don't understand your comment. When you see windows, the screen is no longer black, is it? Why did you switch between windows? "But with both of them I didn't know exactly"?!
Please write down exactly what you are trying and what you are observing. Did you use any of the repair commands?
In an emergency, you can simply restore the operating system and data from the last backup. You have a backup, don't you?
No i haven't seen any windows only two icons white and no i haven't used a command i can't open my console and also can't start my boot menu or i don't know which key combination is on my laptop i had already tried F11
If you haven't seen any windows, "I was able to switch between 2 windows using alt + tab" is confusing. The boot menu won't help much, but safe mode will. It is tricky to catch exactly the right time to press the F8 key, but in a pinch it also works if you stall the computer 3 times during start-up by holding the on / off button for a long time. Then Windows will voluntarily opt for Safe Mode.
I tried that with the stall, nothing changed. I just wanted to turn it off again with a long press then a completely white screen came up
Is it possible that I can reset the hard drive with another pc but unfortunately no backup
It is rare that the graphics card driver is so shot up. The monitor is probably okay, because you can see the boot logo.
You can start a repair from a USB stick with Windows Setup. Boot from it and then select "Repair Options". There should also be a "back to the last version".
As soon as the device is running again, take care of a backup.
Thanks for your help I was able to repair parts now unfortunately some files have been lost
