If you don't have a restore point or a backup for the year, you won't be able to go back there…
This only works if you did a system restore point in 2018. If you can't remember it or know that you haven't done one, it won't work. Your laptop can't just jump in time.
You can't go back to the 2018 version without a backup, but if you are only interested in the factory settings, you can download a Windows Vista / 7 / 8.1 / 10 file from the Internet, flash it to a USB stick with Rufus and then restart the system to install. Since the PC is probably from 2018, I recommend Windows 10 (1803/1809 are the 2018 versions, but are no longer supported)
