Why can't install programs?
A friend of mine can no longer install programs on his laptop with Win 10 because the laptop tells him to insert a smart card and enter the password for the administrator. However, the input field is missing and he has never used a smart card. What can he do?
That seems to me to be a virus.

He adjusted something when he wanted to delete his password for accessing his account.
That's probably what it's all about
There's a trick to booting from the recovery CD, replacing the on-screen keyboard with CMD, then starting Windows normally and gaining access to the machine so that you can now change the password / login process. Search for "hacken windows registration".
