WLAN / Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration?

I try to get the Internet running from the laptop (Win 10) of a friend all day, but have not made it yet.

You can no longer connect to the Internet via the laptop, yellow exclamation point! (neither over W-Lan still over cables). About the problem diagnosis, I get the o.g. Error message. It will not be a router problem, as this occurs at the person not only at his home router, but also at another route over which he has otherwise often used the Internet.

What I have tried so far:

Delete W-Lan profile and recreate it (https://www.win-10-forum.de/windows-10-allgemeines/29803-wlan-verfuegt-ueber-keine-gueltige-ip-konfiguratin.html

Quick start in the power options disabled
AVG Internet Security uninstalled
Wi-Fi disabled and reactivated
Uninstalled the last Windows Update

The picture shows the output of ipconfig / all

Would not the subnet mask have to be "255.255.255.0"? Can I not change synonymous, because I automatically get the IP

Does anyone have villeicht still a tip what I could do or knows someone why that is? I thank myself!

Wrong driver for the WLan?

Would disable all connections that do not need to be active. Compound 1 and 4 are somehow double. Delete or deactivate.

The switch for the WLan must be switched on. Some laptops have a hardware switch on the side for Wi-Fi, or a key combination with the Fn key (is then printed in a different color on the keys)

This looks like that is not enabled in the router, the DHCP server, or a MAC filter in the router prevents the wireless device is added and allowed to participate in network traffic. So check the settings of the router.

Of course, this is only possible with a device that is already registered on the router. If the MAC filter is active, then either add the MAC address as an allowed device, or turn off the MAC filter, log on the device, and if necessary, enable the MAC filter again, if desired.

Such things can happen even if a certain vein of the lancel is damaged. Which, please do not ask.

So I would first exchange the LAN cable and then try again.

is there anything between router and laptop… A dlan track, a switch or something? If so, I would look there, or at the connection between the router and the component concerned.

Li

Lankabel is fine. So I go with another computer always on the Internet. No between router and laptop is nothing.

Li

If so, I could not access the internet with my main computer and my other laptop. And as I said: Also on other routers there's no connection… Neither over cable nor with Wlan

Li

I hope not. I also uninstalled the network drivers and reinstalled them (made windows automatically). Everything seems to be alright in Device Manager. On the laptop (Lenovo ideapad 110 15acl) there's not such a switch

If the other computers have a fixed IP, the Internet, it should be on DHCP.

If it is the MAC filter, it does not allow new devices, but known devices may continue to communicate. There are only possibilities that occur to me as a remote diagnosis. If you do not want to look, ok, keep looking. It was just ideas.

What I can offer, would be a mistake in the DHCP service of the affected computer. Check if the service for DHCP is running at all. You do not use activated DHCP on the adapter, if Windows stops running a service due to an error…

Vergibihm times for testing purposes, a fixed IP in the address range of the router and also enter the gateway address (router IP). If necessary, you can copy data from another PC, which is connected and forgive any other final digit in the IP address.

The one I tried from the link, unfortunately did not bring anything. The eigeben a fixed IP in I can only test later. Ou man, think a system reset would be the simplest

Do you have the standard configuration on the router? If not, you would have to adjust the on the trial laptop accordingly.
