What to do at Netflix

So I've had Netflix for 4-5 months and have never had any problems with Netflix. So now to the problem 😕

I got a PS4 (PlayStation) on Christmas and installed YouTube and Netflix. Now it is the case that when I want to register, the beginning of it always comes with the free month and the numbers. I've restarted everything and logged out and back in again, but I always come to this beginning and I don't want to pay Netflix twice. It works great on my cell phone and laptop, but I can't log in anymore. Maybe I have to put something in there or something?
