This post is aimed primarily at Chronozoom users.
For all non-Chronozoom users: This is an online tool that can be used to create timelines that can be scrolled down to any depth. As a result, timelines can range from the big bang to the present day, as well as representing recent historical events to scale. Great thing!
Now the problem: I can't log in to Chronozoom unfortunately. Not with Firefox, nor with the IE. I've tried it both with my Google Account, as well as with my Microsoft account. There's always only "error: connection failed". Have already tried it with another laptop.
Does that happen to those of you who use Chronozoom, too?
As far as I know, there's no comparably good alternative if you want to depict Big History from the Big Bang to the present with details of the recent present, right? : '(
This is the most important software for me to accumulate my knowledge. But it is also saudoof that such a great program is only available online. Do not understand that there's no desktop software…
Do you mean this?

I come to the site, but I can't log in either.
From the Big Bang to the present you can also represent on https://histomania.com. Works a bit differently, is more of a browser for history, but you can put great timelines side by side, and even measure and move.
Just click on "to timeline". You do not even need to log in to create timelines (they will only be visible as long as your session)
I mean the top link
Which also works for me
Exactly, I'm on the side too and the sample timelines are still working. But I'd like to continue working on my own project, which I can usually access under my Google Account.
What you propose will probably not help me if you can't save the project.
But, you can save, but there you have to sign up. There's even an export / import function for Excel.
It works for me too!
I just can't log in to my own project using Google Account! See my question
When I open your last link, I end up in the sign-up process via Google Account.
Can you create your own project there with your Google or Microsoft account?
I have neither a Gugel - nor Microsoft account
Then you can't answer my question (see question!)
