Laptop very loud and few FPS?

I have a laptop from XMG which was relatively expensive. Since I have him he is always extremely loud and works slowly. You can even hear the sounds through my microphone. For example, Fortnite should have at least 60fps but is often limited to 30-40fps Apex Legends has permanent buggies.
