Recently, my laptop only felt in League of Legends. 30 FPS (previously 120+) is a gaming laptop and now I can hardly play anything.
Things I noticed:
My processor was always relatively loud from the laptop, and it ran perfectly now as soon as the processor is quieter it hangs around and as soon as it gets loud again everything works) unfortunately it gets loud as the mood takes it. I think it has to do with the energy saving mode because at the beginning only worked with the battery cable

Is your laptop overheating? If so, you can change the thermal compound with the help of YouTube tutorials. You can check whether your laptop is overheating by downloading HWMonitor and checking the CPU temperature there.
If your laptop runs without a power adapter it is normal that it is slower.
Make sure that the correct GPU is set in the Nvidia Control Panel. Because I had the problem with mine that he didn't start my games with the NVIDIA graphics card but with the Intel Integraded Graphics.
