In the BIOS disable the video card where?

Moin I have a Toshiba Satellite C870 because the AMD graphics card is broken. Now I want this shutdown (in the BIOS) because the Intel graphics works.

The laptop works fine when you reinstall the Windows but as soon as Windows searches for updates and installs the AMD driver it starts to spin and you can do almost nothing.
Already tried to disable the graphics card under Windows but without success.
Vllt knows because someone from me can help me as I can disable the AMD graphics card.

This works only if you also have a 2nd graphics card. The system needs a graphics card. If the AMD graphics card is on a slot, simply unplug it. If the video card is onboard, you can decalize it only on the Bios or Windows.

I have now looked at the configuration of the Toshiba Satellite C870. The factory has no separate graphics card. So it can't really be that.

Type: Intel® HD Graphics 4000

Graphics memory: up to 1.696 MB shared memory with 4.GB installed RAM (with pre-installed 64 bit operating system)

RAM type: shared

The AMD graphics card is onboard
If I reinstall the Windows then the Intel graphics is activated and as soon as Windows has installed the driver for the AMD graphics card I have loud artifacts and the operation is impossible
In the device manager, I can't disable the card because it is not listed, which is displayed only when the driver is installed but it does not disable this under the device manager

Must but I've disassembled the laptop and found an onboard AMD graphics card under the cooler and as I said go he does but as soon as the AMD driver is installed I have stripes on the screen and the picture goes away and then comes back for a few sec

Ma

The Intel graphics is then a dedicated graphics? Did not know that build that.

I assume you have Windows 10 on it, which makes constant driver updates. You can just turn it off and you will not have any problems with it.

Otherwise disable in the device manager the AMD graphics (right-click-disable) should also be enough.

A repair does not cost the world, the graphics chip to exchange comes out at about 100 euro.

Yes, Windows 10 has been synonymous with Windows 8, 8.1 and 7 tried everything but not as soon as the driver is installed, the errors start
But I do not want to disable the Windows Update
If the driver is not installed then the graphics card and the Intel graphics are in the field and as soon as the driver is installed the AMD graphics card will appear but I can't deactivate it over the device manager because the image disappears for a few seconds and if that is back, the Kartet is still active

So the laptop goes so that's why the money is too bad

It is not the update of security stupidities, only driver update. Nothing happens when you turn off, only the drivers are not updated anymore and that only brings you positive.

Install Win, disable AMD graphics, install Intel video drivers, done. So do not install AMD driver.
