Transfer Minecraft Bedrock Edition worlds to another device via microsoft / xbox-live account?

I have a world on ps4. I would like to transfer this to my laptop (windows10). I have the same account on both platforms but don't know how to synchronize the worlds, so to speak.

As far as I know, this is unfortunately not possible. It is only possible to switch from XBox to PC and vice versa.
