Foreign radio received?

I'm currently in the army and we're not allowed to have laptops or something, but we can have a radio and I'm not a fan of the music that runs on normal radio… Can anyone tell me how I can hear Russian or Bosnian broadcasters? I have an FM radio, can you send me a link to one?

Frequency direct input is important to quickly find the transmitter.
Channels and frequencies can be found under addx.de and then on the left on radio schedules. Since you can search specifically, e.g. By language.
