Which laptop to paint and animate?

I paint a lot and I would also like to animate more, which is why I need a laptop that can handle it. I already have a graphics tablet (I used to paint with it on the family PC). I would like to cut these animations, but not on professionally with any editing programs with thousands of functions, but simply cut out a few scenes with cheap programs, zoom in and stuff like that (I also did it on the family PC). My price limit is 500 euro.

I recommend a Surface Go 2 or Surface Pro, which is a convertible that has both a laptop and a touch screen with its own pen that works with 4000 pressure levels and very precise recognition. My friend has a Surface Go 2 and she really believes in it and loves to draw with it.

There are Pcs that you can assemble yourself, so you can save a lot of money (depending on the products you use), but you have to do enough research and such. My brother assembled his gaming PC himself and according to him it is really easier than you think.

Unfortunately, I don't know that much about it, which is why my father simply gave me a Lenovo laptop for homeschooling. I think it cost about 400 euro and I'm quite satisfied (I also have a graphics tablet and will probably be doing my first animation soon ^^)

Just take a look around to see what suits your needs and budget.
