Have a look at key shops like mmoga or instant gaming after that it costs another 5-6 euro less, but make sure you buy the Java edition and not the windows 10 edition
Please buy the Java version for 25 euro is not much for such a game and supports the developers but maybe look for keys at mmoga or instantgaming because it usually costs a little less.
PS: With all the differences between the Java and Handy versions, it is not that much more expensive in comparison.

It works with any laptop. I played MInecraft on my laptop because I bought my PC. My laptop can be compared to a toaster XD Nevertheless I was able to play MInecraft well. Minecraft doesn't demand great performance either.
