A GTX 1650 is built into my friend's laptop. My question is whether this graphic card is good? And whether he can enjoy most games with high settings?
The 1650 belongs to the weaker fraction. If he means "most games" also newer ones, then rather not. Means would be more realistic
In itself, the card is currently so low midfield, with which you can (still) play quite a lot of games, although not at the highest settings…
With the Lappi version, unfortunately, you have to expect significant performance weaknesses of up to 30%, so one or the other game can be really difficult for the card.

A GTX1650 is clearly an entry-level graphics card.
You can't expect so much from this card, especially not at high settings.
The problem is that it is a mobile version and also only max. 4GB VRAM are.
