Laptop repeats all the time (Thinkpad)?

So hey guys thanks for wanting to help me in advance my laptop suddenly started to update 2 days ago no idea why. My laptop repeats all the time that this windows symbol comes first, then it says below: all things changed on the laptop have been saved and then my laptop briefly goes out and then on again. Then I can if I quickly press f1 then there's to interrupt normal start up press enter I did that and then I come into such a bios thing. Can anyone help me please. LG PAUL

Windows is junk, maybe another bug.

I guess virus or a mistake in the laptop myself would rather go to a technician.

One should not go to the technician because of software errors. You can always repair software yourself. Less so with hardware.

Yes it depends on what it is… But I think a new laptop would do it sooner
