Yesterday I bought a laptop (used). The laptop goes on, but after 5sec. And the Samsung logo again. (Repeats but then again and again) Unless I go to the bios. Is it broken, or is it simply missing an operating system?
If no OS was installed, a message would appear. The battery is probably defective / empty. Ever tried with power supply?
Yes, but the seller said it would have done with a new OS. But that just makes me suspicious and will probably be a case for the police. Before I get out there for 130 euro for Windows 10, I would certainly go there therefore the question.

look there, how the boot sequence is: C (hard disk) would have to be at 1.Stelle. Delete all others, if necessary.
