I know myself technically but am currently in despair. Somehow I can't print anything from my notebook to the Epson printer for weeks, weeks. It's about my smartphone. What can I do?
Does an error message appear?
Which operating system do you use?
Does the printer window open and what is there to read?
Did you install more than one printer driver on your laptop?
Did you uninstall the old one before installing a new printer driver?
Have you ever tried other USB ports on the laptop?
Have you ever tested another USB cable?
Nothing happens. Neither error message nor something else. I do not even know where to uninstall the old one.
But there's no driver available.
Download the latest driver and install it.
