Why is laser printer on Windows 10 Pro suddenly strikes?

Maybe someone has a solution?

Everything that you could try by googling, I have already done without success.

At first, I had no problems with my laser printer with a brand new HP laptop (64 bit, Windows 10 Pro). (Printer: Samsung ML-1865). A few weeks later and program installations later he prints suddenly no more.

I've already tried that:

All cables u connections are ok.

Printer is recognized by the system and supposedly works flawlessly.

Printer is default printer.

The firewall is not blocking anything.

Drivers are fresh and original from HP.

Have driver override at update by Windows deselected.

Even device removal, uninstalling and reinstalling original hp printer drivers did not help.

Open Office suddenly crashes every time you try to print

Reinstalling the drivers will only return the error message when attempting to print a test page:

Not executable (or similar),

Error 0x…

handle is invalid.

The print job is always empty despite jobs for printing.

The printer has worked just before with the same drivers flawlessly. Printer connection is via USB, the connection to the printer is OK, the printer is recognized by Windows.

I'd be happy for help! Many thanks to everyone who sacrifices his time! I appreciate that.

What says the customer service of HP to the problem?

Hi. A human adviser can't be reached there at the weekend. The suggested solutions made available online at hp are inadequate, do not suit my case, and the Windows updates recommended online at hp's website have also failed or my system is up-to-date. Hp did not help me there unfortunately. The Microsoft side on this topic unfortunately not. As I said - have already collected and tried a lot of information. That's not it.
