Every technical device that has been on the market in the last 15 years is sufficient for your requirements.
But: laptop cameras basically see garbage.
Just buy a used iPad.
Sony has stopped producing laptops since ~ 2014 ?!
But you can still buy them
For his / her needs one is enough for about 500 euro less…
Notebook wat is dat then, internet? I don't have internet!
So one with 1200 euro
Then just 1000 euro less 🤷🏻♂️
It makes no sense to buy such an old thing these days…
