I would actually always install a fresh operating system anyway. You do not know if maybe it has viruses on it etc.
Download and reinstall Windows 10. Is better anyway. You just have to know which Windows 10 (home, pro, …). Since Windows 10 was already installed and activated you do not need a key anymore.
