Search adapter plug-in adapter to convert usb to usb?

Hello, I'm looking for an adapter in which I can plug in a card (connection see picture) and this adapter then has a USB output. Because my laptop has no plug-in slot and I do not want to buy another. But wants to use a card.

I do not really understand what you want out. A combination of USB> plug-in card> USB is nonsensical.
