Hello people have a laptop and would like to play alarm level red 2. Unfortunately, it does not start the setup, press on install then nothing happens

C & C Red Alert 2 is a pretty old game.
Your operating system is probably too new, try to run the installation as an administrator, if it was already installed I would recommend running it in compatibility mode for Windows XP. Den can be found under right-click → Properties.

Did you install it as Admin?

Turn off virus scanner, compatibility mode.
If that does not work, then create a virtual machine with Windows XP over the VMPlayer.
