Offer to work for a colleague.
Nothing brings anything, use the time to learn. Take learning material from the school with you or find out more about your area of work and training company. Start programming something yourself - even if it's just for practice. Talk to your predecessor trainees! Maybe they have ideas and tips for you.

Are you still on probation? If so, hold the ball flat. If not, call the IHK for help or speak plainly with the trainer and / or his supervisor.
There are training framework plans that must be used for training! Was that given to you? If not, ask about it and say you need and want to be trained accordingly.
