By changing the laptop (less than a month ago), Design Help with PowerPoint stops working. The two laptops are on the same level as my office package because of course I have "taken over" my account. On the old laptop, which is now used by my sister, DesignHilfe can still be used from my account.
The help of PowerPoint itself does not help me with this problem. The program itself also means that the function should be present (say it shows me instructions, etc.). I also reinstalled the Office package, but nothing seems to help.
What else could you try?
What exactly do you mean by "design aid"?
I spontaneously think of only the "automatic design ideas"…
This one would have to activate here:
File → Options → General → PowerPoint Designer → Show automatic design ideas
