1. How is an AMD Ryzen 5 processor just like Intel I3 or better worse?
I wanted to buy or order this laptop for the good price.
Should not be for gaming, only for normal use.

Depends on which i3 you think the 8100H is just as fast, but the Ryzen 5 has the advantage that it has 8 threads, the i3 only 4.
The laptop in the link is a good deal, would strike.
In general, a RYZEN 5 is better than an i3.
i3 = RYZEN 3
i5 = RYCEN 5
i7 = RYCEN 7
But that's just a rough rule.
Intel has too many CPUs on offer that also have extreme differences within a group (eg i3). Thus, you can't even compare the i3 series reasonably with each other.
RYZEN has the special advantage that the graphics unit is a lot better than Intel.
The RYZEN 5 mobile 2500u is pretty good.
This is a great laptop for everyday life. The equipment is great for the price!
The processor can easily keep up with a Mobile i3.
