Can you recommend a very fast effective laptop for me? He is not meant for gaming! But should be relatively fast, so ne good SSD, for example. But as you say, you do not need it for gaming and it's not gaming-ready. At most cs: go on FullHD with 30+ fps.
But I find 4k laptops feeble-minded. Take a good FullHD laptop and buy an extra 4k monitor.
