Half a year ago I spent a thousand for Media Markt on a gaming laptop and had it sent to Medion for repair for the third time within 4 weeks. When we bought the laptop, we were GUARANTEED that we would get a replacement in case of a defect. Now I had to cope for three weeks without a laptop due to the inflexible Media Markt staff. The friendly service representative requested a return at Medion. If the redemption should work, how can I get back to my money? Can I somehow persuade Media Markt that I want my money (if so how:]) or do I have to get a voucher? I planned to build a PC myself, but I would like to have my money back. Since this is already the third repair, now my question:
Is it required that Media Markt has to give me back the money or do I get a voucher?
You do not have to accept a coupon, you are entitled to cash
As far as I know, this is not exchanged for money again, only for goods.
You can ask trozdem because every shop is different on it. I would complain to MediaMarkt that they have sold you a garbage and it does not manage to repair it properly and if they did not say anything about it I would sue these.
After 3 attempts to repair what is the case with you, you are entitled to conversion. That Money back.
Wrong, not if there were already more than 2 repair attempts.
OK thank you
Thank you
