Yesterday I delivered my new notebook from Media Markt. However, this seems to have a few problems. The CPU idle is 70 degrees when the power plug is connected, which is way too much.
I have now written to Media Markt, via Facebook, and I think I would have to bring the device on site so it should look at the colleagues.
Can't offer an immediate exchange, which I find a bit stupid…
What can I do in this case, if Media Markt also refuses to hand over a new device. I do not want to withdraw from the contract.
If the purchase is not more than 14 days ago, you can simply return the notebook without giving a reason! Then you can just buy the same one again, maybe somewhere else!
