Fix burned screen?

I've had the problem a few days ago that my Medion Erazer gaming notebook has a "burned in" image. That means as much as: applications that have long been ignored still remain easily visible. However, it is clear that this is not a driver problem, because I have even reinstalled it. I work a lot with film and graphics, so it's very difficult to use things like Photoshop with this problem.

I hope for help and thanks in advance

As it already means "burned in" ie. It stays forever

Is the change permanent, so burnt in, or does it go away after a while, so only extreme ghosting?

Both annoying, you can't do much but buy a decent external screen. Replacing the panel is rarely worth it for laptops, which is more expensive than the residual value of the whole thing.

But there are possibilities that you could try
