My name is Edwin and I have a problem there, and I can't sign up. So, I did some surfing on Chrome and decided to download Whatsapp Web, then suddenly everything was jerky and I could not do anything. Now I decided (I had no choice) to make a hard reset. I booted it up again and it was all normal at the lock screen until I wanted to swipe it up (Enter Space, etc.) But it did not work. From there I moved my mouse a little, but it moved in a jerky. I then waited and it came the message = "The PC has found a mistake, information is collected and the PC is then restarted… Bla bla bla" (It is not exactly) I have been waiting again… And then opened the BIOS (boot menu).

That's it, I could never shut down my PC properly, only hard reset.

I did not fumble around on the boot menu, just like in my gaming PC! Is that due to poor cooling or overheating CPU; Graphic card?

Everything should be above the Gaming PC:

Would appreciate any help! ^^

What shows you the temperature in the BIOS?

Otherwise, this can have several causes that are difficult to clarify from a distance with writing.

If you have no clue I would reinstall WINDOWS 10 of original disk once - before, of course, documents, etc. Save

I have realized this with me:

important data backed up to external USB hard drive first
Windows NEW installed from the original disk, previously split with Windows SETUP hard disk into 2nd partitions C: \ and D: \
Installed on C: \ WINDOWS
After successful installation missing driver of the PC manufacturer still nachinstalliert
Data and downloads are configured so that they are now dumped to D: in case of problems, only C: needs to be tackled because data is backed up to D:.
How PC ran cleanly a few days, a compl. Back up using the "ACRONIS True Image" (this works the SECURE) of the C: \ drive and backing it up to a D: \ IMAGE directory.
Additionally IMAGE again on ext. USB hard disk if virus or hardware would damage computer.
