Fps drops in Fortnite, Gta5?

Since yesterday I have massive fps drops in games like Fortnite, Gta5 … These drops then lead to a freeze frame that lasts 2-4 seconds. Holds and then I can carefree for 10-20 seconds. Keep playing until exactly the same thing happens. This has happened since I updated my drivers yesterday. I've since reset my laptop and it hasn't helped. Can someone help me?

Note: I'm playing on a gaming laptop, the components are the following: 8gb RAM, intel core i7-8750, gtx 1500
