I'm a very passionate csgo player. Since my gaming PC is currently under repair, I'm trying to play Csgo on my (2 day old) newly purchased laptop. (And yes, I know, this thing isn't actually intended for gaming - and I actually bought it for my studies. Since Csgo is a toaster game, I actually thought it would work anyway. Strangely, it's not like that. So it can also be that I expect too much from my laptop - but somehow I still find it Spanish.
With the completely lowest settings of 1080p, I have around 40 FPS, but it doesn't really feel like that. The frame rate drops to 20 when the opponent comes into contact.
My specs:
CPU: i7-1165G7 (11th Gen)
RAM: 16GB DDR 4
GPU: once the integrated one from Intel: Iris Xe Graphics and a GeForce MX350
(The game is running on the MX350)
And a 1tb SSD

Wrong graphics card set? Please have a look in the task manager which GPU is being used.
I wrote that the MX350 is being used.
Why is your pc under repair, why don't you repair it yourself?
Does the problem occur in other games as well?
Because the PC is a ready-made PC and still has a guarantee. But I don't think that's important to my question
