I wanted to install Windows to Go on my usb but apparently this didn't work. Now my usb stick can no longer be formatted because it hangs up and causes the laptop to lag when I right-click on it and as soon as I pull it out everything runs smoothly again. I've already tried it with CMD, but the commands diskpart and list disk don't work as long as the usb is plugged in.
Deleted the partition?
How do I do that?
Exactly the same here when the USB stick is in it, it charges endlessly and as soon as it is out I immediately enter the disk management
Can you start Safe Mode with Command Prompt?
Now he has recognized it after 10 attempts, but nothing happened when deleting the volume and now he does not recognize it again
I can try it
I'm now in safe mode, but I've done it differently, I hope it works anyway
Hmm That seems to be due to the stick itself.
Yes, but he has to give a reason 🤔Had installed Windows to Go with Rufus and because it was only 30% after 2 hours I went to sleep. When I woke up my laptop was empty and my USB stick has not worked anymore. As soon as I have the USB stick in the Explorer does not open completely, I can't right-click on the USB stick, if I enter disk in Cmd List nothing happens but as soon as I pull it out everything works again 🤷🏻♂️ I can also use the partitions click but as soon as I try to delete it, there's an endless loading symbol. Is a 64 GB 3.0 USB stick from MEDION if that should help
I'm sorry, I'm really overwhelmed, because you don't even get access to the stick via the lowest command level.
