Good Osu! Keyboard?

I've been looking for a good Osu for a while! Keyboard. So I'm not looking for a keypad just for Osu! But for all games, like a gaming keyboard. Problem: my parents do not allow me to buy it from my own money because I only play on the laptop. So my question is can I connect it to the laptop, does it work well, and the other is whether there are something cheaper e.g. Which for 20-30 euro. If there are cheap ones like 20-30 euro then my parents would also agree. It would also be good if it lights up when you tap on it or lights up permanently. But that doesn't have to be the case.
