Recently I decided to get a gaming latop and since I do not have much forethought about technology, I have a question for you. I did some research on the internet and found this latop "MSI GS65 8RE-079 Stealth Thin Gaming Notebook". I wanted to ask if it is a good latop and how many years it would take to replace it with a new latop. So is it good and future proof?

I can recommend you the HP-Omen 15-dc1019ng, which is about 1300 euro and should leave nothing to be desired, if you want to be able to play current games well.
Future-proof is relative - you can do something in the direction of brain currents if you know exactly what you are doing with AND, more importantly, what your demands are.

then next - which is slim - but slim laptops and gaming are not really compatible. That's because of the physics and stuff. Heat is a big problem for laptops the smaller / thinner the worse i.d.r.
You have to buy a laptop actually assume that he anyway only 2 years (or more if the manufacturer offer extended warranty, etc.) holds. When the warranty expires, almost everyone suffers a total loss. That should always be considered.
How long he keeps purely subjective for you is as I said for me incomprehensible. For me ne 1060 in mobile version today would be already too slow, for you that may be enough 4-5 years. I can't judge over this.
