I have a MSI GE63 gaming notebook.
Whenever I want to start a game, various problems arise. All games are via Steam.
If I want to start Cod WW2, the game crashes after the first short loading screen. If I restart it, the error message "application is already running" comes. If I want to play MW3, it just sets very strange graphics settings, if I want to change them, I come to my desktop and I can't click anything and I need to shut down the laptop with the power button. Wodran is this? Have all games reinstalled several times and even put the laptop completely new. Is it a problem with the hardware or something and can only be fixed by specialists (send in a laptop?). I'm a Computerlaie myself and do not have much idea.
I would not send a laptop until you are sure that it is broken or has an error.
I would first research if the games you have mentioned above will ever work on your system.
Because if you send in the laptop and the laptop is not broken you have a problem because the charge is just 100 euro just for checking the laptop.
