I have a little problem with my gaming laptop again. It jerks in games like Fortnite on worst graphics and it is of course no fun anymore. I've already done so much to optimize the laptop as downloading Booser apps, rendering on performance, defragmenting hard drives, resetting my laptop, and other things, but nothing really helps. If the laptop is junk, can I fix this error by resetting the laptop and cleaning the drive (so far I have only ever taken the faster version without drive cleaning) or do you have any other tips for me?
A so-called "gaming laptop" is always just a jerk.
as well as you can try to "optimize" a children's bike for participation in the tour de france, you come to the goal, but always last.
laptops are conceptually built for mobile and energy saving use. Gaming is "full throttle" and it lacks the parts both high-performance elements (these are all castrated copies of the pc siblings) as well as a good and powerful cooling.
These tools are typically a bad thing. I do not have any of them.
What you can do, however: go into the config file (Win-key + R and enter config) and check if too many programs start at startup. Often there are countless uninvited entries that slow down the computer.
Disable only what you know. The wrong check mark is removed and the computer does not start anymore!

Laptop is in my eyes a better typewriter but not more. Try one copy all unnecessary files, videos, pictures, phone numbers and addresses on an external hard drive. Not deleted programs and games delete. After the FP work with a cleaning program one more time.
Like I said laptop is just a better typewriter. Include in your thinking, but to buy a real PC, which is only intended as a recommendation.
