Game is still at 48 fps although I've already set the graphics card for the game, or prioritized.
It is basically the only game that jerks.
Everything (java, driver etc) is up to date

What graphics card is displayed when you press f3 in Minecraft? Or can you please upload a screenshot of Minecraft in f3 mode?

The PC is already crass, but is it possible that your graphics settings are too high? I advise everyone's visibility 16 and Quake Pro. Or, if it does not help, set something in the battery settings to maximum performance and get Optifine on Optifine.net (adblocker [uBlock Origin] recommended).
Did everything already done, I'm no layman but somehow it does not want: / on my previous gaming notebook it ran with 250 fps, rtx shader etc were no problems
Do you run MC with the Intel iGPU, otherwise right click the Minecraft icon and select the Nvidia card.
NVIDIA is selected as standard, I've already set it up that way
Complain to Mojang because that was all you could do.
