Theme Park World for Windows 8?

I found the Theme Park World game again. Since I have Windows 8 on my laptop, I can install the game but it doesn't load to play.

How or with what can I get it to work?

I'm guessing it's a game on optical media.

In that case, you won't get it to work at all, as the copy protection mechanisms used at that time are no longer compatible with current Windows versions.

At the moment you should need a RetroPC with Windows XP for this.
