Sims 4 new lap?

I have a question and although, I've bought a new laptop and have already downloaded Sims 4 down there, but when I wanted to play, all data was deleted. My question now is how do I get the files data on my new laptop.

if you still have your old laptop, you can also watch the save game and transfer it and re-copy it in the same folder

in "My Documents" or in the folders in "AppData"
