I have a question.
The Windows 7 operating system is installed on an old ThinkPad model T41.
Is it normal that this laptop can't receive Wi-Fi?
With network I only see:
Broadband (PPPoE)
dial up connection
Is there any adapter to buy?
The device is already 9 years old.
There are USB sticks for WLAN reception
To make sure that the laptop really doesn't have Wi-Fi, you can check in Device Manager
Thanks for the quick reply! I did not expect.
How do I get to this G-Manager?
Here is an excerpt from IBM:
The Intel PRO / Wireless 2915ABG Mini-PCI Adapter originally announced in Hardware Announcement ZG05-0617 dated September 13, 2005, is not supported in ThinkPad X31 / X40 and T40 / T41 systems.
Would also advise you to use a USB Wi-Fi stick.
Thank you. Which one would you recommend to me?
