From win10 to win7 with usb stick?

I want to return from win10 to win7, but since the eats expires I have to make the USB. In addition, my drive is broken and I can't do it in an emergency on cd. I have created a bootable usb with the win7 iso on it, now I wanted to boot the laptop via the usb but that does not work.

then I have in the boot order everything except the usb removed but when I start it throws me back into the bios. Does anyone have a solution? A few more info: the usb would have to be compatible, since I switched with him from win7 to win10 and formatted it is on ntfs. Have the usb ports all changed through.

Possibly the USB stick was created wrong…

I made 2 usb sticks with a program called rufus and the other with the win7 tool.

Well, on the PC, the error is probably not more likely. That could be tested quickly.

Ergo remains only the USB stick left as a source of error.

I can't imagine, because it worked well with the win10 installation and that neither of the two usb sticks works, I find it a bit weird. I can only push on win10. I'll download another one iso and test it with it.
