Revocation Notebook - do I have to set it up again?

I ordered a new notebook and used it for about 3 days.

Now I want to send it back (right of withdrawal)

Here is my question:

Do I have to reinstall the device myself or does the dealer do it?

It doesn't matter, I would at least only delete personal data.

Will I do it, can I delete something when I reset something that was already preinstalled? The laptop has a pre-installed Windows 10.
