How much is the PC below better than the laptop in the picture above?

We

The PC is no better than the laptop!

It has less RAM, a different Windows version (32bit instead of 64bit), etc.

Unfortunately, you did not send in what other components the laptop has: / You are welcome to send in a picture so I can look at it again

But from what I've seen so far, I would recommend the laptop to you

Not at all, the PC below is worse

How is the laptop better

So with the laptop there are different configurations.

But I would definitely recommend the i5 as a processor and the 128 GB memory. It costs around 780 euro and is a good all-round package.

What do you want to use the laptop for?

ka

Work and rather not for gaming maybe minecraft or gta v on bad settings

Ga

As far as the processor performance is concerned, I would say the laptop has about 6 to 8 times the speed, the RAM is twice as large, but if I look at the age of the processor on the PC then I would say the RAM also has three to four times the performance compared to the PC (because the RAM is probably quite old)

What do you think with how much fps can i play minecraft if i wanted

We

Of course it depends on which programs you want to use.

Office work and research → YES

Video editing and less expensive programs → NO

Not sure if GTA V really makes sense on the device. First, the laptop is not designed to create complex games. Second, the laptop has 128 GB of storage and when you download GTA5, half of it is gone.

Theoretically, it should already pack 60 fps. But if you play longer the laptop can easily overheat → in that case it would reduce the performance and you would have less performance / FPS.

Ga

In my opinion, the performance of the processor and the working memory would be sufficient for 60 FPS without mods, but this laptop does not have its own graphics card, only the graphics unit integrated by the processor, which is not suitable for gaming.

Sorry that took so long, I searched the Internet for a suitable solution, but unfortunately I couldn't find a laptop that would meet your needs. If you already have a PC, I would recommend that you simply buy a PC again because then you should already have a monitor and the other accessories you can get away with much cheaper and have significantly more power, a laptop with decent graphics performance costs around 800 to 900 euro you get the same performance with a PC for 500

Many Thanks!
